Super Solar Cells 0.5V 25mA - 6 pack

Super Solar Cells are single-crystal silicon with laser cut edges. These small solar panels are used in the space industry on science and communication satellites. They are the most efficient solar cells for their size. Soldering required.

Space Solar Cells are 6 to a package. Each cell is 2.5cm X .5 cm and measures approximately 0.014" thick. Power output per cell is 0.5V, 25mA.

Solder + (bottom)and - (top) contacts with 60/40 rosin core solder and liquid flux on cell.
